Cancellation policy Villa Strnj:


• up to 60 days - 30% of the total price ( Non refundable rate ).
• 59 - 0 days or NOW SHOW - 100% of total price.

SALES POLICY:


• Guarantee prepayment of 30% of the reservation value is required
• Upon confirmation of the terms there is a 7 day guarantee prepayment acceptance for all clients
• Late check-out ( after 10:00 AM ) may result in extra charge
• The final accounts settlement is due at the latest on check-out
• Note that children aged 12 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number of adults
• Should you wish to modify your reservation, you are required to cancel the confirmed reservation first and then proceed to create a new one ( Fee cancellations Villa Strnj )
• Brajkovic Travel reserves the right to reject, cancel or modify reservations where it appears that they contain or have resulted from a mistake or error.

Not including in price:


• Insurance, food and beach towels - guests must provide these. 
• Notes: Children up to 3 years in babe cot with parents - free.

Payment method:


• Bank transfer.
• Cash in EUR.

Remarks:


• Total amount for the reservation paid by wire transfer to your host Brajkovic Sanja
• BEFORE ARRIVAL: We kindly ask you, before your arrival to the booked Villa Strnj, to inform the contact person ( cellphone: +385 98 187 4281 - Mr. Teo Brajkovic, about the time of your arrival, so that the accommodation can be prepared on time.
• UPON ARRIVAL: Do not forget your personal documents ( passport or ID card ) so that your host can register you ( all guests ) in the tourist board office e-visitor.
The guest is obligated to pay a safety-deposit of € 500,- in CASH on the day of the arrival, which will be returned to him on the day of the departure provided that the accommodation unit was not damaged by the guest.

Payment terms:


• 30% of the total amount within 7 days of booking confirmation, 70% of the total amount no later than 60 days before using the overnight service.

Overnight in Villa Strnj with pool sauna & jacuzzi includes:


• The house rental (per code)

The price of accommodation includes the basic overnight service rates as described in the current online price list for accommodation, as at the time of confirmation of your booking. Special services on request are those services that are not included in the price (in the description indicated by "by agreement") or additional Services on request at extra cost, and as such, the customer pays. These services are to be arranged when booking at the Brajkovic Travel reception.

Yes they have to pay minimum 30% of the amount in 7 days by wire transfer to confirm the reservation. This applies to all guests, who have in the past stayed several times in our Villa and use our services. .

Yes all guests have to pay a safety-deposit: This applies to all guests, who have in the past stayed several times in our Villa and use our services. A safety-deposit of Euro 500,- in CASH will be required on arrival and will be refunded on the day of departure, if no damage has occurred to the house.

All guests who have reserved and stayed in the past several times in our accommodation and used our services, have to pay minimum 30% of the amount in 7 days by wire transfer to confirm the reservation. However all guests have ability to stay at lower prices -2% if prepayed total reservation price in advace in 7 days by wire transfer. Any potential changes in price will be immediately available and shown on the web. Availability free terms of villa Strnj depends on the time of booking and the time of search.
For all guests the same conditions are valid. For any changes, either shortening or cancelling previously confirmed reservations depends on the time of arrival or duration of your stay.

If you are unable to travel (for whatever reason), you have the right to transfer your booking to another person or another date if possible. However, you should inform us in writing immediately when the change occurs, regardless of how many days remaining prior to arrival. While Brajkovic Travel receives written consent from the person taking your place, you are responsible for full payment of the booking. Except in the case of death of the client before arrival and NOW SHOW. In this case refundabe rate is 70% of total price.

All guests can book their stay to three nights if we have some free terms between two reservation in High saison. In this case we calculate the total cost at 30% higher prices per day. Payment in this case is only valid by prepeyment in 3 says total amount of 100% by wire transfer. Detailed description of the Villa Strnj contains a photographic preview of the accommodation inside and out, prices and availability, map of the location, guest reviews, and in most cases a video clip. When you click on the price and availability tab, it is possible to see accommodation availability.

A calendar will appear with colors which represent available and blocked dates (green-available, red-blocked, orange-your chosen period).

An adult must accompany a child or a person under 18 years. Reservations are unable to be accepted from persons under the age of 18 years and special requests from guests that Brajkovic Travel are not able to proceed with. We reserve the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason.

Brajkovic Travel respects your privacy and security of your personal data. We guarantee our customers that all personal information will be treated as confidential information and trade secrets. Brajkovic Travel is concerned with the provision of services, while respecting the rights and interests according to accepted practices in tourism. Brajkovic Travel will perform all obligations in full and in the prescribed manner of global standards, in good faith and diligence with conscientious management in accordance with the rules of the profession, except in extraordinary circumstances.

All possible ambiguities and disagreements will be resolved amicably, but if this is not possible, the guest and the Brajkovic Travel have the right to judicial arbitration. For such a case, it would be at Split County Court.
